Today, I [WOT]Quintus have recruited a soldier of impeccable zeal and honor.
gladius_magnus fought with determination and never quit in the face of inevitability even after the destruction of his Praetorian Cavalry. Facing overwhelming odds, he did suffer defeat, but still showed the courage and fortitude that I now attribute to my fellow warriors.
As such I have recruited him to the rank of Recruit for now, until a soldier of higher rank then that of myself can test him and give him a appropriate rank deserving of his abilities.

Also there rank should be Trainee, {t}, not Recruit,{r}, as recruit is last rank of the soldiers in traning before becoming full soldier!

Wonderful work Quintus, I look forward to seeing this Warrior of Troy post here with his honour and look forward him being part of our community. You haven't posted for long, I was wondering where you have been You should try to post a bit more on the forums Quintus
Anyway, in terms of recruiting what you did was illegal, and as Emperor as thus, I Emperor Vladimir change his rank to Trainee, thus [WOT]{t}<insertname> until the time he proves his rank and honour to the Warriors Of Troy.
Also remember Quintus, only OOH, HCA or RT can promote ranks. You will be an officer soon enough, when that time comes then you can promote such.
