The Warriors of Troy :: anouncement-leave of absence

Greetings my dear fellow Trojans.
I greet you now, with some sad news. I recently tested in the SAT's. The SAT's is a test that uses it's results to tell colleges how good you are academically. I scored a 1700 out of a potential 2400 points.
Now while 1700 is a very respectable score, the colleges I and my parents want for me are at least 400 points higher. So I plan to study harder for the next test. However, as an added measure, it has been decided for me to take a long break form my computer, and laptop. This is so I won't be tempted to slack off.
The next SAT is in June. Wish me luck.
I hope by the time I return Johnny will resolve his issues and we can reunite the dream team

Hail Warriors of Troy!
Hail Quintus
That score is respectable. But you have to achieve the best possible. Therefore I completely understand, as I go to university, and nothing is a walk in the park. Keep at it, put your nose in it at least 20 hours a week, and make sure you annihilate your exams.
You will always be a Warrior Of Troy on or off the Computer because you are part of the community Thats what we are about. Take that in stead, and know, that all of the Warriors Of Troy and am sure the Total War community that knows you wishes you the utmost best with your examinations.
I wish you the best on behalf of me, and to take care as well; for studying also requires good and efficient breaks
I agree with Emporer Vladimir, study and focus on your education!
Dafuge is back, and my problems are sorted and im back as well, so study hard and revel in the knowledge that the dream team is waiting, ready for you to join us when you have aced these exams! _________________ http://www.youtube.com/user/TheConfusedJohnny
hey johnny I'm here an the exams went well, I passed them all
SAT's was a dissapointment but with 1700 out of 2400 and with SAT subject tests in October my playing will be extremely limited. Also for the last 2 weeks I had been on vacation.
I went to London and Johnny I have to say the cathedrals there are amazing. I went to one and it was MASSIVE. I had to use one of those street telescopes to look closely at it.
I also went to stonehenge and learned a lot about it's origins and even bought a book on it.
Next I went to Rome and in 4 days took all the tours available that my hotel gave.
1st day I went to Vatican City and saw the Vatican Art Museum and saw St. Peter's Basilica and the tombs of all the pope's. To give an idea how big it was in there, I think you could fit 5 school buses inside the building for the size of a room. No wait it's much bigger then that lol.
Then I went to the famous Roman Catacombs. It...was...terrifying. There is no way I would go there after dark lol
2nd Day. We originally planned to go to Florence, but my dad talked to someone while we were on the way to get the tickets and apparently the guy was going to Pompei so my dad literally begged me if we could go there instead. Naturally I gave in and we ended up having an awesome time in Pompei. Although it was 2 hours of straight hiking lol.
3rd day.
We went to see all the monuments of ancient Rome. off the top of my head we 1st went to Trevi fountain and since we were up early in the morning I was able to get a nice shot of the whole thing WITH ALMOST NO ONE IN THE SHOT. next we went to the Pantheon and learned some interesting things about it. Then it was the Colliseum which is amazing. Then we visited some ancient ruins and overall it was awesome.
4th day back to london to visit family then arrived back home on a sunday to rest for 4 days then to N. Carolina to see family and now back again lol.
so as you can see I've been quite busy lol.
hope to play online soon and unfortunately my mic situation hasn't been fixed yet so be a while before I interact on team speak or vent.
Truly awesome, you put in the hard work ,and now your relaxing and enjoying yourself!
Some of the things you did sound amazing, and the places you went as well. You'll have to upload that pic you referred to as well, would be cool to see it!
